Optional Modules

To offer more modularity, the Play-planner app has got a serious core, around which you can add some optional modules. Here is a summary of the modules available at present.

SHUTTLE Module:
Your school offers a shuttle service to collect clients from their homes, or pick up points? The application allows full management of this. You can define for each lesson if a client should be picked up, or dropped, and at which location. This includes a special access for the bus driver.

PRODUCT SALE Module:
Your school sells some products? Why not include this activity to the app, so everything is centralized?

RENTAL Module:
A complete rental module is available in the Play-planner app, more clean for the client as they can walk away with their little summary ticket. Finished the lost post-its!

CLIENT SATISFACTION Module:
You can send client an email that will link to your satisfaction survey.

ONLINE PAYMENT Module:
This module is under development, it will allow clients to purchase courses directly from your website. All the client data, including the courses bought and the payment made will be directly integrated into the app, so you won’t have to type in anything at all!
